Orders and Payment

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, delivery interruptions, lost packages, stolen packages, failed delivery attempts, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping or delivery address. We are not responsible for orders shipped or delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
For local delivery orders, the customer is responsible for providing a safe and accurate delivery location. Once an order is delivered to the provided address, Before They Wake Coffee is not responsible for theft, damage, weather exposure, or any other issue occurring after delivery.
Returns and Refunds
All coffee sales are final. Because coffee is a consumable food product, we do not accept general returns, exchanges, or refunds.
